Old Salt Distillery is casual and relaxed both in atmosphere and service style, with a menu selection best enjoyed shared with good company. We source quality produce directly from Australian farms, producers or well-respected providores. We keep everything simple, honest and most importantly, delicious.
The bar offers a range of house-made beverages on tap: From our craft beers, fruit based hard seltzers to our house made sodas. Cocktails are made using our award winning gins, vodka small batch fruit liqueurs and our house made mixers. In addition there is a small selection of wines.
Our menu changes with the seasons and is prepared by us, from scratch, no shortcuts. The majority of our menu is gluten free but please consult staff about any dietary requirements.
Old Salt Distillery is a venue that welcomes everyone and is accessible for everyone. In addition, it’s pet friendly (please keep all pets on a lead and clean up after any mess they may make).
